Place your mini powdered donuts onto a plate, flat-side down. Using the white icing, fill the hole of the donut completely. This should give you a flat surface to work with. Add a chocolate chip, flat side down on top of the icing. This gives you the bear's nose. Next, place two dots of icing above the nose for the candy eyeballs to stick to. This completes the face of the polar bear. Last, very carefully press two Cheerios into the top of the donut for the ears. *Be very careful or the donut will crumble. I also put a dab of icing onto the bottom of the Cheerios to help it stay in the donut.
