Toasted Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1 quart pecan halves
  • 1 quart water
  • 1/3 cup salt

Instructions

  • Soak pecan halves in salt/water mixture for 1 hour
  • Drain well. Spread onto a baking sheet and bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour…stirring occasionally as they bake.
