SNOW much fun!
January 2025 will be one I will never forget! I was already excited to start the year off as the 2025 Brand Ambassador for American Farmhouse Style, but then it snowed 7″ right here in South Georgia!!! I still cannot believe it! It was so much fun and I took too many pictures and videos lol 🙂
I won’t bore you with ALL of the pictures I took (LOL) but I did want to share a few and share two fun treats I made during this time. I shared them on my socials, but thought this would be a great place to keep the recipes handy for years to come.
Snow Man Hot Cocoa Toppers

Ingredients
- Ready Whip
- round silicone mold
- large marshmallows
- pretzel sticks
- mini chocolate chips
- black and orange icing
Directions
- Using black and orange icing, make two eyes, mouth, and a “carrot” nose on the marshmallow
- Spray Ready Whip into your round silicone mold
- Place the marshmallow on the top of the whipped cream
- Add two pretzel sticks for arms and 2-3 mini chocolate chips for buttons
- Pop into the freezer for about an hour or until the whipped cream is frozen
- Make a cup of steamy hot cocoa. Remove a cocoa topper form the mold and place on top of your hot cocoa. Enjoy!
Snow Cream

Ingredients
- 1 c. milk (any kind
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
- 8 c. fresh fallen snow (if you don’t have snow, you can use shaved ice to make this recipe)
Directions
Mix the milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt until well combined. Stir in the snow and enjoy immediately. Fresh snow melts quickly, so if you don’t want to eat it right away, pop in the freezer and enjoy later.
I cannot believe that we are already near the end of February! January always goes by so slowly, but February flies! Spring is just around the corner! Who’s ready?? I know I am! 🙂
