Early Spring Home Decorating Ideas

Although we’re still a little bit away from green lawns and leaf filled trees, spring will be here soon! My tea olives are blooming and the daffodils have popped up to make way for the warm season. And my home? Well it’s flowing over with early spring home decorating ideas. So let’s take a quick tour!

My kitchen open shelves are one of the first areas of my home that I decorate for a new season or holiday. This year, I decided to keep my vintage and new copper pieces on display. I was inspired to use them when I found the adorable gold rabbit figures at Walmart.

For an early spring look, I kept the dining room and front entry pretty neutral. As Easter approaches, I will add in more pops of pastel colors to really celebrate the season 🙂

My breakfast room table has a simple early spring vignette to welcome the season. A neutral farmhouse striped runner across the center of the table is the foundation for the smaller pieces. I decorated a simple wood and metal tired tray with spring and Easter finds. Paired with bunnies and a galvanized watering can, it’s a fun way to greet my kitchen guests.

I had fun restyling my newly reorganized coffee bar for early spring as well! Again, I kept the neutral look and used more gold bunnies and even gold coffee spoons for warm tones. Greenery, a weathered bird house, and a candle add to the spring vibes.

In the photo above, I had a little bit of a different centerpiece on the table. It was decorated for a neutral Valentine’s Day look and was so easy to transition into early spring decor.
