How to Make Polar Bear Donuts
The groundhog here in Georgia is calling for an early spring.
While I don’t know if that will actually happen, I’m still over here enjoying all the comfort foods and fun winter treats!
Here’s a sweet little treat I saw on Pinterest recently that is perfect for these cold winter days 🙂
Polar Bear Donuts for a Fun Winter Treat
Ingredients for Polar Bear Donuts
- Powdered Sugar Mini Donuts
- White Cookie Icing
- Mini Chocolate Chips
- Cheerios
- Candy Eyeballs
These Polar Bear Donuts are super simple to make.
Your kids or grandkids will enjoy making them with you as well.
How to Make Polar Bear Donuts
Place your mini powdered donuts onto a plate, flat-side down.
Using the white icing, fill the hole of the donut completely.
This should give you a flat surface to work with.
Add a chocolate chip, flat side down on top of the icing.
This gives you the bear’s nose.
Next, place two dots of icing above the nose for the candy eyeballs to stick to.
This completes the face of the polar bear.
Last, very carefully press two Cheerios into the top of the donut for the ears.
*Be very careful or the donut will crumble. I also put a dap of icing onto the bottom of the Cheerios to help it stay in the donut.
And that’s it! Now you have the cutest little donut snack to enjoy this winter 🙂
I can’t believe it’s February already!
